Chestnut mushroom cappuccino, chestnut powder, mushroom consommé ‘sugar cubes’, shiitake dash

~ 2nd Course ~

Hay smoked carrots, carrot top pesto, pickled walnut, coriander dressing, ras el hanout tapioca cracker

~ 3rd Course ~

Leek and potato beignets, potato risotto, baked potato dressing, crispy spud skin

~ 4th Course ~

Celeriac shawarma taco, picked herbs, charred cucumber, chilli salsify, pineapple ketchup

~ 5th Course ~

Fairground toffee apple, bubble gum candy floss, popcorn, pink lemonade

All sittings are 7pm only. Please arrive at 6:45 for a 7pm start. A non refundable deposit will be required to secure your place. Alternatively, you can book in the restaurant at the cash desk. Bookings cannot be made over the phone.
